They come together to remove the message of hate themselves with a unique solution. Working Lunch has been awarded a 2018 Project Grant from the Regional Arts and Cultural Council (racc.org). Statement by director, Shilpa Sunthankar: At it's heart Working Lunch is a portrayal of our current U.S. national conflict, in miniature, via a tiny Indian restaurant. It is about the divide between conservative and liberal voters, and putting that aside for the simple decency of drawing a line at hate in our country.
